Easy Money Online from Paid Review Programs

A reviewer at the National Institutes of Health evaluates a grant proposal.Image via WikipediaI was reading the discussions in Blogcatalog about how to make money with low blog traffic. It's very true that paid reviews is the easiest way to make money online especially for new blogs. I made $5.00 for my very fisrt paid review when my blog was less than one month old, while I made about $2.00 with Google Adsense in my first 2 months.

But there's a down side in paid reviews. Google don't like it that's why it will eat the value of your blog in the long run. How is that so?

When too many sites(bloggers) linking to one site(advertiser), Google is having a hard time crawling the URL being reviewed by a lot of bloggers. This causes an increased number of URLs robots.txt restriction on blogger's site. You can check it out on Webmaster Tools to diagnose how Google see your site.

When I didn't post any paid reviews in two weeks (no opps) but continue the daily postings, the number of URLs restricted by robots.txt went down from 248 to 30. And when I started doing daily paid reviews again for one week, it went up from 30 to 180. This means paid reviews create URLs robots.txt restriction.

This sounds very frustrating to bloggers whose only way to make money online is through paid reviews. I have been studying and trying so hard to learn other ways to make money online but it seems forever to see an inspiring result on my paypal account

I have been learning how to make money through Affiliate Marketing for almost a month now and spend about $9.99 to upgrade my account with USFreeAds for the advertising. So far I have only made $9.19 and don't know when it will be send to my Paypal account. The worst thing is, if the buyer return the product then my $9.19 will just go in the air.

I have been trying to learn the real secret behind a decent earning in Google Adsense and most of the time, it makes me think "It's a joke" to earn $5.00/day with Google Adsense. I am trying to be positive about this that's why I keep crossing my fingers everytime I open my Google Adsense Account - and have at least a a few cents on the total earnings. So far my daily earning in Google Adsense increases when I added few codes on my sidebar. I will try to add at the bottom once I had the chance. Hopefully this will increase my CTR.

Lately I dont have opps, which means I dont have earnings online. I only have $34.00 on my Adsense account, and I dont know when can I reach $100.00 since it is the minimum payout for Google Adsense. I dont know when and how much should I invest to have stable sales on Affiliate Marketing.

When I have the PR, offers from advertisers are here and there. Now that those offers ate my blog's PR, only few offers and sometimes none... I always keep my mind positive about everything and have fun doing it. But sometimes, it's frustrating to know that the easiest way sometimes is the easiest to disappear.

I still do paid review when there's a chance because I love doing it. Aside from the instant money per review, I am getting good traffics from advertiser's custumers. I sometimes think advertisers are advertising the review , that's why I am having good traffics everytime I do opps.

Paid Reviews can Monetize new blogs with Low Traffic. But like I've said, Google don't like it. Perhaps doing it in moderation won't hurt. Try to choose relevant and highly targetted topics to get extra traffic.

Managers Behavior And Productivity

World Economic Forum Annual Meeting Davos 2008Image by World Economic Forum via FlickrNo organizations are free of issues like how to increase productivity, and maintain work place enjoyment. This article addresses the labor component of productivity and how best to motivate employees to work at high levels.

There are many factors which affect the productivity like materials quality, people skill, system & procedures, equipment & tool type, knowledge of worker, management skill, but the most important factor is attitude of superior. Appropriate leadership helps create a satisfying work environment conducive to high productivity.

Unmanaged or destructive behavior of a manager can turn the best job into a miserable one. Subordinate not only loose their productivity and creativity, sometime loose their workplace engagement as well.

Rude behavior of manager creates an atmosphere of mistrust and fear, and as a consequence has a negative impact on productivity and also increases the operational cost.

An employee, who is physically present but is under performing due to lack of inner commitment or their mental absence to his or her job, is one of the major cost elements.

What are the ways to cope up with this problem?

The simple and most power full ways are understand your subordinate; look the bright part of your subordinate rather than always finding the negatives.

Know their potential, appreciate them on their good work and the most important is "MAKE THEM FEEL".

Focus on their personal and professional balance.

Enjoy the freedom to serve others and to create a world of love and empowerment, this will create an environment of open communication and throw away fear form the work place and as a result increase the productivity.

The successful management of this process is ultimately the key to survival of any organization. It should be the concern of and a development goal for all organizational members, irrespective of their position.

The IT Helpdesk

Customer ServiceImage by mnd.ctrl via FlickrThe most import part of an IT organisation is the IT Helpdesk. The impression of the IT organisation is gained by the users experience with the IT Helpdesk. So, an IT Manager needs to ensure that those experiences are consistent, organised and favourable. Some IT Helpdesks are non technical and basically perform a call logging function for all type of user queries from a new account request to an application error. Some IT Helpdesks are highly technical and can provide a certain level of first line support such as resetting password, printer queues to basic application support such as how to set up a printer in Microsoft word.

An IT Manager wants to provide a great IT Helpdesk service to his clients and so needs to ensure the Helpdesk staff use standard processes and procedures and standard software and tools to carry our their jobs.

In addition, the Helpdesk staff need to be trained in certain areas to maintain a good service to its clients:

Customer Service Training - how to deal with clients, how to deal with complaints, how to deal with irate or abusive customers

Administrative Tasks Training - how to log the calls quickly and efficiently, how to search and provide updated to the clients on any calls logged, how to reset passwords or printer queues and so on

IT Application Training such as Microsoft Office Training, MCDST Training and more dependent on the client base they are supporting - provide specific support to resolve the client’s problem at time of calling such as how to change a font in MS Word, how to create a formula in MS Excel and so on.

If all staff are trained to the same level then the clients who contact the IT Helpdesk will receive a consistent and methodical service no matter which Helpdesk Analyst they speak with when logging a support call. There will always be some staff who are more experienced than others, but the way in which they deal with the customers and assist with the resolution should be the same. This leads to client confidence that their enquiries will be dealt with in a consistent and efficient manner. At the end of the day this is the goal that an IT Manager or IT Helpdesk Manager wishes to achieve.

MLM Mailing List

A German old-style-replica Postbriefkasten in use in DresdenImage via Wikipediaby: Tsuyoshi Suzuki

A clean MLM mailing list is essential in today's internet environment. This MLM mailing list is computer maintained and is updated on a daily basis to assure you of the very latest leads for your direct-mail offers. In this case, obtaining an mlm mailing list is necessary so that you will have people to reach to offer your products to.

Mailing

Mailing lists for direct marketing purposes are often used for catalog distribution. Mailing leads are lists of people's profiles that include their demographics, buying behavior, product consumption, and more. Mailing list companies can help you in marketing your business may it be online or offline. Mailing list companies have several lists to choose from. The end result of many, though, is an MLM Mailing list. So what is a good MLM mailing list.

Lists

Beware of using unscrubbed address lists that may provide you with addresses to which you can send information or advertisements. Usually it will come from a legitimate MLM business that offers the service of producing lists. And not all lists are created equal, so you need to exercise caution when mailing your offers out. Now if using MLM mailing lists is the way that you want to build your MLM business than okay. And this is what you need to keep in mind when you're researching which MLM type mailing lists to buy.

Leads

Leads vendors tend to develop generic lists of MLM leads where those people may end up being contacted by dozens of MLM marketers, plus they may not be new leads. A good method of coming up with a consistent source of leads is through an MLM Mailing List. Yet, how do you know that those MLM leads are quality leads. If they are not the best quality, do you have what it takes to make those leads work for your business. Generating your own MLM leads means that you are going to be able to tailor your leads to your specific MLM business. Make sure the questions allow you to sort your MLM leads easily, so that you can qualify and disqualify your MLM leads in a simple manner.

Every name and address on our direct mail MLM mailing list is a qualified income opportunity seeker. Now this isn't a matter of protecting you from getting taken for a money ride when you are told that your MLM mailing list is the best one out there and that it will lead to many sales and distributor enrollments. You have to establish a system that would allow you to follow up on your leads, and this is why an MLM mailing list is of utmost importance to your campaign. An MLM mailing list is a database of the contact details of the leads you manage to generate for your business.

Personal Bankruptcy

An example of street markets accepting credit cardsImage via Wikipedia by: Stephen Snyder

Personal bankruptcy? Kiss your dream job good bye...

For quite some time, it's been standard for financial, gaming and government employees to have their credit reports checked by their employers. After all, we don't want criminals working in the government (insert your favorite joke here).

But now, the "Credit Police" are infiltrating other industries as well.

And what really irks me is, they don't have the guts to just come out and say "We don't want people with bad credit working for us."

No, instead they're using September 11th (911) and an increase in workplace violence as an excuse to check our credit reports. That's pretty low.

Recently, pre-employment screening agencies have noticed a surge in requests for full background checks, which can investigate credit reports as well as criminal records, driving records, and employment and education history.

Alert Staffing reports that about 50 to 70 percent of all companies currently review credit reports, which not only reveal bankruptcies but also liens, judgments, and loan and credit card payment history.

Many companies simply believe that trustworthiness and creditworthiness go hand in hand. Personally, I think that's a crock! I know lots of rich people with high credit scores, who I wouldn't trust to watch Sparky, my pet goldfish, not to mention my money. On the other hand, I can list hundreds of people who've filed bankruptcy and have poor credit scores, who I'd trust my life with. However, most business owners believe how we handle things in our personal lives is a sign of how we would manage a company's assets.

Employers want to know whether a potential employee will be a security risk, subject to bribery, and willing to give unauthorized individuals access to company information. In fact, a friend of mine who used to work at one of the national credit reporting agencies tells me they were always investigating their employees, because of the fear employees might take money to change credit reports. He tells me it was common to see people escorted out of the building by security after they were busted.

The bottom line is that some employers believe that bad credit shows little responsibility and little regard for secrets. But, believe it or not, there's some good news in all this. First of all, the bankruptcy code (even after the recent changes to the law) prohibits employers from discriminating against applicants solely because of the bankruptcy. Also, job applicants and employees up for promotion are not obligated to tell a potential or current employer about their bankruptcy.

So, what should you do when you apply for a new job after you've filed bankruptcy? I usually recommend two strategies: For jobs where you know your credit will be reviewed, be upfront and honest about your bankruptcy, and the circumstances that caused it. Honesty is a powerful tool for getting what you want after bankruptcy. If you're applying for a job that you aren't sure whether or not they will review your credit, make them love you first...then during the second or third interview explain what happened. Let's call this strategy "delayed candor." :-) We all know that bankruptcies aren't always caused by financial irresponsibility. Don't underestimate your potential employer's ability to understand your situation.

In such a credit-conscious climate, one of your best weapons is to know your rights. While employers can legally terminate or deny a job or promotion to those with bad credit, Section 525 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code prohibits discrimination based solely on bankruptcy.

Furthermore, Sections 604, 606, and 615 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act require employers to follow a very specific set of rules in order to review your credit reports.

First, they must notify you in writing that your credit may be used in the job evaluation and obtain your written authorization before pulling your credit reports. But remember, sometimes they'll "notify" you in the fine print! In other words, they'll "tell" you without really "telling" you—if you know what I mean. So make sure you always read the fine print on all those forms the human resources person hands you during the interview.

Second, if your employer or potential employer sees something on your credit reports that may cause them to not hire you or fire you, they must send you a "pre-adverse action disclosure." (That sounds worse than a subpoena—doesn't it?) But the pre-adverse action disclosure is actually your friend. It gives you time and an opportunity to fix incorrect information on your credit reports. However, the burden is on you to act fast.

If an employer fires you because of information on your credit reports, they must provide you with an "adverse action notice." The notice should contain contact information for the credit reporting agency supplying the report. It should also specify that you have the right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information the reporting agency furnished and request an additional free report within 60 days.

OK, how do you prove if you were discriminated against because of a bankruptcy on your credit reports?

Well, it ain't easy!

The chances for successful legal recourse are better if the only negative item on your credit report is bankruptcy. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to prove you have been discriminated against because of your bankruptcy and not your bad credit.

The truth is, if an employer doesn't want to hire you because of the bankruptcy on your credit reports, then it's pretty easy for them to claim they didn't hire you for another reason. But if an employer offers you the job and then rescinds it, and the background check shows all high marks except the bankruptcy, your chances of mounting a successful case increase. Bottom line: If the ONLY negative item on your credit reports is a bankruptcy, you have a better chance of getting the job than you do if you have lots of other negative items on your credit reports.

This is why it's so important to make sure you get copies of all three of your credit reports. Review them carefully and if there are any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or outdated items on your reports, get them taken off. I suggest you use an attorney who specializes in credit law. It costs a few dollars—but I think the end results are worth it. The law firm I used was a life saver.

Learn From The Apprentice About Management and Leadership

Mission FailureImage by ...Tim via FlickrThe current series of The Apprentice is currently running in the UK. For those not familiar with it, it is essentially a group of people doing a number of business projects over 12 weeks to try and secure a job with Alan Sugar on a six figure salary. People work in teams on each project, one team wins and one person from the losing team gets fired. So what six things can we learn about management and leadership from the apprentice.

1. Focus on the market

This week teams had to design and pitch for a range of new greeting cards to the major companies in the sector. Trouble was the teams put all of there energies into the design and concept and seemed to miss answering the obvious question of who was going to buy it. Replies were given like everyone, yet it is pretty difficult to sell to a customer group called everyone. If you are going to be bringing something new to the market, you need to know who it is for.

2. Listen to differing views

The candidates for the job are obviously very driven and want to get their ideas across which is understandable. Yet sometimes in challenging situations you need to take a few minutes to understand differing views rather than just talking over people. What has happened in some of the episodes of the current series is that some people are being assertive bordering on aggressive and as a result not all views and ideas are fully explored. When you fail to listen, you run a huge risk of missing a great opportunity and idea. How would you rate yourself as a manager or leader when it comes to listening?

3. Think about the barriers to success

Yes we all want to be upbeat, optimistic, glass half full managers and leaders but sometimes we need to spend just a little bit of time thinking about the barriers or obstacles that will get in the way of success. This need not be a long or drawn out process. Having identified these barriers, steps can then be taken to address or minimise the impact.

4. Preparation is key

The teams were pitching to the two biggest card retailers in the UK. One of the teams' presenters spent a huge amount of time on creating and practising their pitch. The other teams' presenter did not make a start until a few hours before the pitch. Unsurprisingly the winning team sold something to all three retailers while the less prepared team sold to just one. The message and learning here is that if you are a manager and leader who needs to make presentations, preparation is key to success.

5. Retain common sense

In the excitement, frenzy and adrenaline rush, it is all too easy to forget about common sense. This was illustrated in one of the first tasks when a whole lobster was priced for sale at the per kilo cost. As a manager and leader, take a few minutes just to step back from the situation and ask if the decision you are about to make appears sensible.

6. Self awareness

As a manager and leader you need to have self confidence and you also need to be self aware. There will be things that you are good at and things that others are much better than you at. Being unable to recognise this led to one of the candidates presenting to the retailers who was clearly not the right person getting fired. If you want to succeed as a manager and leader become self aware and know where you excel and where there are others stronger than you.

While The Apprentice is obviously about entertainment, there is some serious learning that you can gain as a manager and leader. So what can you learn whilst being entertained?

How to Repair Your CreditImage by l0ckergn0me via FlickrPersonal Loans: Get All Your Financial Needs Sorted Easily
by: Simon Tauffel

It would be great burden for people if they experience a need for money which cannot be ignored. So only the way of borrowing money is available to the people. They can get the money for their needs easily through personal loans depending on how much money they need and how they need it.

The money is available to the borrowers for their needs which may be anything like wedding expenses, educational needs, car purchase, debt consolidation, home improvement, travel expenses, medical expenses, etc. it is up to the borrower as to how he uses the money.

To get the money through these loans, the borrowers first have to decide upon how much amount they need. If the amount required is small, then they may take up the unsecured form of the loans which will not require them to pledge any collateral. The money available through these loans lies in the range of £1000-£25000 for a term of 6months to 10 years for its repayment. Since the borrower does not pledge any collateral, he has to pay a slightly higher rate of interest for the money borrowed to cut down the risk of non-repayment.

If the need of borrowers is bigger, the money can be borrowed through the secured form of these loans. The money is available to them in the range of £5000-£75000 for a term of 5-25 years. For this, the borrowers are required to pledge rate of interest for these loans is lower due to attachment of the loans with collateral. Rate of interest for these loans is lower due to attachment of collateral with the loan deals.

The borrowers can research through the online mode to get lower rates as there are numerous lenders online who are ready to provide lower rates due to competition. Bad credit borrowers can also take up these loans for their needs.

Through personal loans, the borrower may get money for needs that can not be ignored. The choice of the loans is totally dependent on the borrower according to his needs.

Nonsense at Work: We, the enemy within

Memories, Dreams, ReflectionsImage via WikipediaWe know that success comes from listening and paying attention to customers. And we know that paying attention to what our competitors are doing can uncover potential opportunities and threats.

For the same reasons, we also know that we should pay attention to the people inside our organization. But we don’t, not really. Most of the attention we pay them is in the form of instructions, rules, and regulations.

To get things done right, we rely more and more on policies and procedures instead of on our culture and values, on the way we do things here. No wonder we spend so much time and energy neutralizing internal forces while almost ignoring customers and competitors.

When we fail to see our repetitive internal struggles as odd behavior, we have become what Carl Jung called the enemy within.

And we remain the enemy within as long as we deny that we create our obstacles to success.
